Chris Swartz, our founder, began his journey in the roofing industry as a young apprentice, learning the trade from the ground up.
Working under some of Florida’s most experienced roofers, he discovered early on that quality roofing was about more than just nailing down shingles – it was about building trust, ensuring safety, and creating lasting relationships with homeowners.
In 2003, after years of hands-on experience and with a clear vision of how to better serve Southwest Florida’s roofing needs, Chris took the bold step of founding the company. Starting with just himself and two crew members, he began building a company that would set new standards for quality and customer service in the roofing industry.
Living in Florida means understanding the true value of a reliable roof. Through hurricanes, tropical storms, and the intense Florida sun, we’ve stood beside our community, helping protect and rebuild homes.
When Hurricane Charley hit in 2004, just a year after our founding, we worked tirelessly to help our neighbors recover. This experience shaped us profoundly, reinforcing our commitment to not just being a service provider, but a pillar of support for our community in times of need.
Each challenge has made us stronger, more knowledgeable, and better equipped to serve our clients. We’ve grown from handling small repairs to managing complex commercial projects, but our approach remains the same – personal, professional, and perfectly executed.
